Discover the background to authenticity:

Family

Our family is our foundation, it is worth making it strong.

Relationships within our family can be a profound source of tension that holds us back from achieveing our purpose.

Very often that tension is with a parent (living or dead) or with an in-law, it may also be with a sibling.

If we can heal those relationships there can be an immediate and powerful release of energy that has been being absorbed by holding that tension.  This new energy can now be positively directed towards our purpose, fulfilment and happiness.

How Authentic Transformation can help:

Authentic Motivation Coaching can help you find the most positive way to shed the tensions and move forward. It starts with a free consultation to find the best way forward - email to arrange a date.

Sharing, in the context of Seven Stages of Authenticity, means the elimination of unspoken personal agendas in our close personal relationships.   We are clear about our own needs and desires, and we share that clarity with those close to us.  We also honour and take as our own the needs and desires of those close to us.

Neil Crofts - Seven Stages of Authenticity

"If you cannot get rid of the family skeleton, you may as well make it dance."

George Bernard Shaw

"Let us make one point, that we meet each other with a smile, when it is difficult to smile. Smile at each other, make time for each other in your family."

Mother Teresa

"Family isn't about whose blood you have. It's about who you care about."

Trey Parker and Matt Stone,

"In dwelling, live close to the ground.
In thinking, keep to the simple.
In conflict, be fair and generous.
In governing, don't try to control.
In work, do what you enjoy.
In family life, be completely present."

Tao Te Ching

"A family is a place where minds come in contact with one another. If these minds love one another the home will be as beautiful as a flower garden. But if these minds get out of harmony with one another it is like a storm that plays havoc with the garden."

Buddha

"Try to live your life so that you wouldn't be afraid to sell the family parrot to the town gossip."

Will Rogers
