An unconditionally loving relationship is the single most empowering thing we can experience. For many people their significant relationship, or the absence of one, is a source of tension that holds them back from achieving their purpose and true happiness and fulfilment. The first step to an unconditionally loving relationship is to love ourselves. It is only when we beleive we are worthy of love that we are ready to be loved. The second step, whether we are in a relationship already or not, is to articulate what our ideal relationship would look like and then to BE that relationship. We cannot expect to find out perfect relationship unless we are prepared to BE that relationship.
Most of us experience all sorts of fears, even in our closest relationships. Fear of loss, fear about money, fear of failure and so on. Through authenticity we can experience harmony within our close relationships. We trust each other absolutely, knowing that our interests are entwined. Boundaries between individuals blur as the distinction between individual and team is eroded. Neil Crofts - Seven Stages of Authenticity |
Client feedback I can’t thank you enough for all of the support and sound advice that you gave me. I am in such a totally different space now, and still smiling! And on top of renewing my relationship, I have found my purpose. What a relief, it feels like coming home! Katherine "Love has real meaning for me now. I am able to love from within so much so that I can overflow with love to the people around me, unconditionally." Clare When I asked Neil for some support with my relationship with my husband of 18 years, I was really asking him to tell me how to connect. With a 1/2 hour phone call I was invited by Neil to step inside of my husbands world and connect with him from that space. It made a huge impact on our conversation and our relationship as in previous attempts to 'talk deeply' with him I was firing arrows with flames of my own thoughts/perceptions and expectations and they just kept bouncing off of his shield of 'I have no idea what she wants'. Once I stepped into his world and understood his passions, his values and his perceptions I could then connect on many different strands and he felt an ease in talking and sharing and I felt part of his world merging with mine. I am still doing this and its working wonders! Michelle Quotes "Love is an act of endless forgiveness, a tender look which becomes a habit." Peter Ustinov "One word frees us of all the weight and pain of life: That word is love." Sophocles "Age does not protect you from love. But love, to some extent, protects you from age." Jeanne Moreau "For one human being to love another; that is perhaps the most difficult of all our tasks, the ultimate, the last test and proof, the work for which all other work is but preparation." Rainer Maria Rilke "Life's greatest happiness is to be convinced we are loved." Victor Hugo |
