As an executive coach and mentor Neil offers an powerful mix of experience and innovation. Neil has raced cars, started, run, sold and closed businesses. Neil's approach to executive coaching is both holistic and empowering. The foundation is to articulate the clients core motivation (or life purpose), the work for which they have the highest level of natural motivation and the greatest level of talent. We then move on to explore anything that holds the client back from achieving it. These may be connected with self limiting beliefs, relationships or work issues. Once we have identified these tensions we then work to release them. The process is explained in more detail in Neil's e-book "What is your purpose?" As soon as there is nothing holding us back any longer we leap forward towards our maximum potential.
