Transformative coaching

As an executive coach and mentor Neil offers an powerful mix of experience and innovation.

Neil has raced cars, started, run, sold and closed businesses.  He has sacked and been sacked, been made redundant and left jobs on principle.  He has been a senior leader in a NASDAQ quoted business responsible for a team of 100 strategists in 9 offices accross Europe.  He has written two business books one of which was business book of the month.  Neil has also written a highly popular e-book on Authentic Leadership.

Since setting up Authentic Transformation Neil has inspired one person start-ups and energised senior executives at some of the worlds largest and most influential corporations.

Neil's approach to executive coaching is both holistic and empowering. The foundation is to articulate the clients core motivation (or life purpose), the work for which they have the highest level of natural motivation and the greatest level of talent.

We then move on to explore anything that holds the client back from achieving it.  These may be connected with self limiting beliefs, relationships or work issues.  Once we have identified these tensions we then work to release them.  The process is explained in more detail in Neil's e-book "What is your purpose?"

As soon as there is nothing holding us back any longer we leap forward towards our maximum potential.

"Neil's great strength is in helping people to really understand their full potential and to take responsibility for achieving it themselves."

Most coaching is done conveniently over the phone or Skype.

Business clients include:  Howies, Sawdays, Solar Century, Shell, Microsoft, NHS/NBTS, NPower, Good Energy, My Secret Kitchen, Carbon Coach, Kaos Pilots, Jamie Oliver, BT

E-mail to arrange to chat through the process.

Good Energy continues to grow well (and is profitable!) and I am still very thankful for your sessions last year as I think they have had a lasting effect on the way I approach life in general.

Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn't matter to me... Going to bed at night saying we've done something wonderful... that's what matters to me.

Steve Jobs

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.

Steve Jobs

The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it.

Steve Jobs

Work is love made visible. And if you cannot work with love but only with distaste, it is better that you should leave your work and sit at the gate of the temple and take alms of those who work with joy.

Kahlil Gibran

To love what you do and feel that it matters - how could anything be more fun?

Katharine Graham

When love and skill work together, expect a masterpiece.

John Ruskin (1819 - 1900)

Whoever does not love his work cannot hope that it will please others.

Real success is finding your lifework in the work that you love.

David McCullough

Never continue in a job you don't enjoy. If you're happy in what you're doing, you'll like yourself, you'll have inner peace. And if you have that, along with physical health, you will have had more success than you could possibly have imagined.

Johnny Carson
